Host Yang Shutong\, TI intern at University of California\, Irvine\, discusses the challenges and vision of Julia Bulanda’s leadership in promoting increased volunteer spirit and action among international students studying in America. Julia Bulanda is the founder of the North American Career Express Association and a non-profit organization dedicated to teaching\, encouraging\, and recognizing excellence in volunteer activities that builds communities and serves underprivileged people.
